NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE POLICY

At EZHAAR, every fabric is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail. Due to the delicate nature of embroidered and designer fabrics, we strictly follow a No Return & No Exchange Policy.

Exceptions (Only in Valid Cases)

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product delivered does not match the order placed

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order fabrics
  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)
  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
