Exceptions (Only in Valid Cases)
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product delivered does not match the order placed
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order fabrics
- Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video showing the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy (If Applicable)
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
